I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate with insurance. Session fees are due at the time of service. I can provide documentation (known as a superbill) for potential reimbursement depending on your plan.

My practice is fully remote, allowing clients across New York State to engage from the comfort of their own space.

This practice does not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants, benzodiazepines, sedative-hypnotics, or opioid-based medications. My approach emphasizes sustainable practices, including non-controlled medication options. If a controlled medication is clinically indicated, I will help coordinate care with a prescriber who provides that service.

To honor our time together, cancellations with fewer than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session rate.
