I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate with insurance. Session fees are due at the time of service. I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement depending on your plan.

My practice is fully remote, allowing clients across New York State to engage from the comfort of their own space.

Initial intake sessions are 60 minutes long, while follow-ups are 45 minutes.

I offer pharmacological support only within the context of an ongoing psychotherapeutic relationship. Stand-alone medication management is not something this practice provides.

This practice does not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants, benzodiazepines, sedative-hypnotics, or opioid-based medications. My approach emphasizes psychotherapy, integrative practices, and non-controlled medication options when appropriate. If a controlled medication is clinically indicated, I will help coordinate care with a prescriber who provides that service.

My work is process-oriented, relational, and contemplative. Sessions are spacious and unhurried, allowing time for depth, reflection, and exploration.

To honor our time together, cancellations with fewer than 48 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session rate.
